1. Overview
Travel Book Pro provides tools to compose travel photos and videos into printable book layouts. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and text you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license solely to process, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Travel Book Pro to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Print Services
Print orders are fulfilled by third-party partners. Pricing, production times, and shipping are subject to the partner's terms. We are not responsible for production defects or shipping delays outside our control.
5. Payments
All charges are processed at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes where required. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for defective or misprinted orders.
6. Limitation of Liability
Travel Book Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
